How should I store the treats once I receive them?

All treats can be stored in an air tight container or zipped up in the packaging it arrives in. For optimal quality, keep treats stored in a cool place out of sunlight. 

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped once it has been ordered?

Once you have placed your order, we will send out your order between 1-10 business days. If there is a longer wait time, we will contact you

 

What if a product is out of stock?

We try our best to have stock of all our products at all times however sometimes due to availability and popularity, it's not possible. If a product is out of stock, we will do our best to restock asap and let you know on our website and Facebook page.

 

Do your products contain artificial ingredients?

Our products contain 100% natural, high-quality ingredients. Our meat treats are single ingredient and only contain what the product is. For example, our chicken breast treats are 100% chicken breast and nothing else! Our bakery treats, such as our birthday cake treat, contain all natural ingredients.

 

Why should I give my dog treats?

There are a few reasons to Treat-a-Pet.

*Treats can help with training by being used as a reward and for encouraging good behaviour. 

*Treats such our shark cartlidge are great for promoting dental and bone health. Each meat source provides different health benefits. Check out our products for a description of the benefits of each treat.
